Invoicing/Payments
Invoices are sent with the material ordered. The invoice must be paid within 30 days of the invoice date indicated. Reminders are sent after 30 days. With each additional reminder administration and handling fee of CHF 10.00 is added to the invoice. If we receive no pay

Delivery Claim
If the shipment does not contain the items ordered, an order claim must be sent in writing (e-mail, post, fax) within 7 working days after the receipt of goods. Material which is despatched correctly cannot be exchanged or refunded.

Delivery Terms
The ordered items are sent by regular mail (B-Post) as soon as possible. Delivery of material might be delayed due to stock availability. Partial delivery is done if not all material ordered is on stock. No extra shipment fee will be charged in this case.

If the item ordered has run out of stock and is no longer available, the customer has the right to choose an alternative product in the same price range or claim for a refund if already paid.

Damaged Shipment
If electronic media such as CDs and Videos as well as other materials which are not free of charge have a defect, the material must be returned within 7 working days. The material will be replaced. Refunds are not possible. Material which has arrived damaged will only be exchanged if a Damage Report with the Post has been filed and sent to us within 7 days after the receipt of shipment.

Shipment Conditions
Shipping and handling charges are CHF 5.00 per shipment.

Shipping and handling is FREE for orders with a total value of CHF 50.00 or more.

EXCEPTION: Handbooks for teachers are generally free of charge. However, a shipping and handling charge of CHF 5.00 applies for more than 3 handbooks per shipment.

Material Restrictions
Institutions (schools) may order up to 10 copies of Handbooks and 50 Leaflets of each level. For larger quantities of material for special events and other occasions, the Cambridge Shop must be contacted at least 1 month in advance. Additional shipment charges may apply.

The Handbooks are not intended to be handed out to students! The students may download the Handbooks directly from our online-shop.
